Cara memasak Mango Sagoo

  1. Buat dulu jelly nya, masak sesuai petunjuk yang ada di balik bungkus nutrijel. Setelah jelly nya jadi kemudian potong2 dadu & biarkan dulu jelly nya di wadah tersebut.
  2. Rebus sagu mutiara hingga matang & berubah warna (tidak ada warna putih sagu nya lgi).
  3. Blender buah mangga yang sudah dipotong2 (jangan terlalu banyak air supaya tidak terlalu encer). Setelah selesai blender mangga lalu masukkan susu cair, skm, santan instan, vla nutrijel, creamer bubuk, masak hingga mendidih. Setelah mendidih baru masukkan mangga yang sudah di blender tadi & masak kembali hingga mendidih.
  4. Setelah mendidih & matang matikan kompor lalu diamkan bahan vla sampai dingin. Ditempt lain campurkan sagu mutiara, nata de coco & potongan buah mangga kedalam satu wadah, lalu aduk rata agar tercampur semua.
  5. Masukkan bahan isian ke wadah lain & berikan vla mangga nya. Mango sagoo siap untuk disajikan untuk keluarga tercinta & paling nikmat kalo dimakan pas dingin2 😍😍😍.
