  3. Bulatkan adonan, celup ke putih telur. Gulingkan ke kacang mede sangrai..
  4. Susun di loyang yang sudah dialasi silpat, tekan bagian tengah dengan jari hingga cekung. Panggang di oven suhu150°C sekitar 15 menit keluarkan tunggu hingga hangat. Isi dengan filling cokelat menggunakan plastik segitiga.
  5. Panggang lagi di oven suhu 140°C sekitar 20 menit sampai renyah keemasan. Taburi dengan bubuk cinnamon/gula palem.
